The Marshall Public Library is hosting the "Oceans of Possibilities" summer reading program in June and July. Programs and activities for children, tweens/teens, and adults are available. Special programs at Memorial City Hall, Zumba classes, Laura Merrill's art classes, and the end of summer party are provided courtesy of the Friends of a Public Library.
